Project Manager for MDM Migration
Key Responsibilities:
· Support with planning and coordinate the implementation of MDM projects across all workstreams (customer, vendor, item)
· Overall Project Management – structure & governance
· Support execution of project artifacts and deliverables for the Project Management Office
· Review and communicate project status, escalate risks and issues to Project leadership
· Facilitate coordination and communications with the Executive Sponsor team, including escalations
· Create and manage Project plan, RACI, weekly project dashboard
· Develop strategies to streamline workflows, and improve efficiency
· Facilitate BRD documentation, working sessions helping to set overall strategy and direction for the project
· Oversee data extraction, cleansing, and transformation from the legacy MDM system to the new platform
· Manage data quality checks and address any discrepancies
· Engaging subject matter advisors for specific requirements
· Liaison between development team & business with responsibility of setting expectations of necessary participation of business personnel and report key updates and blockers
· Work with other stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and fostering a collaborative environment
· Identify change impacts & training requirements
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred (in business administration, management, computer science or related field)
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a related role
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in working with/managing MDM projects is a plus
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
